Without an account

If someone sends you a share link to a list of measurements, you can open it without signing in and without registering. You will see the places, measurement dates, positions, notes and images.

We use this where results need to be shown to a client, a municipality or a site owner who does not work in the system.

With an account

Accounts are created by an administrator; you cannot register yourself. Write to us — see below.

Viewing (default)

• Public measurements: map, tables, point details
• Data that someone has shared with a group you belong to
• Measurement lists and ALAN score calculation
• Spectra browser and computed quantities (CCT, U500, CRI, G-index)
• An overview of your own activity in the system

Entering your own data

If you need to store your own measurements in ALANIS, the administrator grants you a role that allows it. You can then:

• Create measurement points and measuring opportunities (repeated measurements of the same place)
• Upload images and scenes, enter illuminance and melanopic quantities
• Add spectra from measuring instruments
• Build your own measurement lists and compute ALAN scores over them
• Share your data by link or with a group

Sharing within a team

Data can be shared with a group — typically a working team or a department. Sharing is always read-only: others can see your records but cannot change or delete them.

For your own shared data you can see how much it was used. Never by whom — deliberately, these are aggregate numbers only.

Organisations

Every user belongs to an organisation, which holds custody of their data. Anyone without their own organisation falls into the shared public one. An organisation administrator can see its members and an activity overview.

When someone leaves the team, the account is deactivated, not deleted. Their data stays with the organisation and authorship in the history is preserved.

Paid tiers

In preparation. There is currently nothing to order and nothing is charged.

The system already measures how data is used — downloads, exports, score calculations. For now this serves solely to find out what actually has value for users, before any pricing is discussed at all. Nothing is deducted from anything and no account carries a balance.

Once the tiers are ready, we expect them to differ in the extent of data access and in options for teams and companies. Until then, please treat any earlier pricing on this website as invalid.

The application guarantor is the Ministry of the Environment of the Czech Republic.

Přístup do ALANISu je dnes zdarma. Co v něm můžete dělat, se řídí tím, k čemu data potřebujete, ne tím, kolik zaplatíte. Placené úrovně teprve připravujeme.

Co zvládnete bez účtu

Když vám někdo pošle sdílecí odkaz na seznam měření, otevřete ho bez přihlášení a bez registrace. Uvidíte místa, data měření, polohu, poznámky a snímky.

Používáme to tam, kde je potřeba ukázat výsledky zadavateli, obci nebo správci objektu, který v systému nepracuje.

Co získáte s účtem

Účet zakládá správce, sami se nezaregistrujete. Napište si o něj — kontakt najdete níže.

Prohlížení (výchozí)

• veřejná měření: mapa, tabulky, detaily bodů
• data, která někdo nasdílel skupině, ve které jste
• seznamy měření a výpočet ALAN skóre
• prohlížeč spekter a spočtené veličiny (CCT, U500, CRI, G-index)
• přehled vaší vlastní aktivity v systému

Vkládání vlastních dat

Když potřebujete do ALANISu ukládat vlastní měření, správce vám přidělí roli, která to umožní. Pak můžete:

• zakládat měřicí body a měřicí příležitosti (opakovaná měření téhož místa)
• nahrávat snímky a scény, zadávat osvětlenosti a melanopické veličiny
• vkládat spektra z měřicích přístrojů
• sestavovat vlastní seznamy měření a počítat nad nimi ALAN skóre
• sdílet svá data odkazem nebo skupině

Sdílení uvnitř týmu

Data jde nasdílet skupině — typicky pracovnímu týmu nebo katedře. Sdílení je vždy jen ke čtení: ostatní vaše záznamy vidí, ale nemohou je měnit ani smazat.

U vlastních nasdílených dat vidíte, kolik se s nimi pracovalo. Nikdy ne kdo konkrétně — záměrně, jsou to jen souhrnná čísla.

Organizace

Každý uživatel patří do organizace, která je držitelem jeho dat. Kdo vlastní organizaci nemá, spadá do společné veřejné. Správce organizace vidí její členy a přehled aktivity.

Když někdo z týmu odejde, účet se deaktivuje, nemaže. Jeho data zůstávají organizaci a autorství v historii zůstane zachované.

Placené úrovně

Připravujeme. Zatím není co objednat a nic se neúčtuje.

Systém už dnes měří, jak se s daty pracuje — stahování, exporty, výpočty skóre. Slouží to zatím výhradně k tomu, abychom zjistili, co má pro uživatele skutečnou hodnotu, než se vůbec začne mluvit o ceníku. Nic se z ničeho neodečítá a žádný účet nemá zůstatek.

Až budou úrovně hotové, počítáme s tím, že se budou lišit v rozsahu přístupu k datům a v možnostech pro týmy a firmy. Do té doby prosím berte jakékoli dřívější ceníky na tomto webu jako neplatné.
